Our perspective on Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion (d.e.b.i.) in the workplace is reflective in our consulting services catered primarily to executive-level professionals. Our strategy is to focus initial consulting sessions on understanding the needs of our clients’ most critical issues and opportunities. Then, we combine functional industry expertise with cultural twist to give the “other perspective”. Many executives have not considered the implications of unconscious bias embedded in current industry training, recruiting and retention programs. We have proven a multiplier effect from optimizing the sum of the parts, not just the individual pieces.
