When Black and White individuals come together, we harness our collective strengths to achieve the extraordinary. There is no challenge we cannot overcome when we work side by side. I encourage both Black and White people to collaborate in business ventures, to build wealth together, and to create opportunities for a diverse workforce. By uniting our creative capacities, we will bridge the gaps that have divided us for too long and create a future of shared success.
